Returning your socks – SHOP

You can return the socks you bought within 10 days from the receiving date at your expense. The return is accepted only if the socks are in new conditions, haven’t been neither worn nor washed.
We will send a new product (same model and same design you chose) with no additional expenses but we will charge a shipping cost of 5 euro.

In case the client receives socks with evident production defects, it is important to send a photo of the socks with evidence of such defects to info@viacalzabigi.com, indicating your order. In this case we will pay the shipping cost of the return and we will send a new pair of socks with no additional expenses nor shipping costs (same model and design).

Do not forget to clearly state your ID code and your full address. If this information is missing the return will not be accepted.
Refunds are available only in Italy and will be evaluated case by case.

Returning your socks – Subscription

In case you subscribe to our VIP Club, you can return the socks you bought within 10 days from the receiving date at your expense. The return is accepted only if the socks are in new conditions, haven’t been neither worn nor washed.

If you decide to return the whole pack,  we will send a new pack with no additional expenses but we will charge a shipping cost of 7€.  The pack might contain different socks but belonging to the same collection you selected when you subscribe. In no cases you will receive models of socks that you already received.

In the rare event that you receive packs containing socks that you already received, we will accept to pay your shipping costs and we will send you a new pack containing a different model. All we ask is that you send us a photo by email (info@viacalzabigi.com) which proves that you already received that specific pair of socks.

Socks bought from the shop are handled within 2 working days and you buyers will be promptly told when the products are sent by email.

We take no responsibility in case the pack is lost by the shipping company.

Occasionally, errors may occur where prices are incorrectly displayed or changed as a result of circumstances beyond our control. In those situations, you will be informed of the correct/revised prices once we receive your order, and if you should not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price we will cancel that part of the order.

Subscription

We take 3 working days to process a new member as well as cancellations. Shipments are made within 3 days from the date of the first purchase every two months. So for instance, if you subscribe to our VIP the third of June, your first will be sent within 5 working days  (3 days to process the membership plus 2 days to prepare the pack) and your second pack will be sent between the third and the fifth of August and so on unless you decide to cancel the subscription by sending an email to unsubscribe@viacalzabigi.com.

    • Shipping time: about 4-5 days

European Community:

    • 3€ for the subscription
    • 5€ for the single pairs from the shop. Free if your spend more than 50€
    • Shipping time: about 5-7 days

Extra UE:

    • 5€ for the subscription
    • 5€ for the single pairs from the shop. Free if your spend more than 60€
    • Shipping time: about 7-10 days
